Tantric Hatha-Yoga is an unique earth centered approach to yoga fully embodying the Tantric Principles .

 

While traditional yoga may exercise some extent of sensual withdraval, here you will practice yoga in a way that feeds all your senses, honoring and celebrating your body as an expression of Divine. While practice of asanas (physical postures to remove energy blocks and purify the physical vehicle) will be favored, other Tools of Tantra will be employed. In a sensual flow of slow movement you will be taken to a place of stillness. For more info click on Yoga

 

Please note: Tantric Hatha Yoga is a solo practice, focused on your personal connection with divinity. Tantric Partner Yoga is being taught in a context of Dakini Guidance.
