Logistics
Before Session
*Wear loose clothing (or, for a phone session, perhaps nothing at all)
* Avoid eating at least 1.5 hours prior (small snacks to keep your blood sugar level steady later are okay)
Please take care of your dietary needs so you are neither disturbed by hunger, nor dulled by your psychic-turned-digestive energy.
* Avoid any mood/ consciousness altering substances that may interfere with your process, including refined sugar, caffeine, even some herbal preparations (if you know you are caffeine dependent and worry about withdrawal symptoms, consider gentler choices such a green tea/tea/mate). This is especially important for Tantric Transformational Healing, where you will want to be fully in touch with your emotions. It is quite normal to be a little nervous before a session, we will start with a relaxation.
*Picture your body as a clear temple of the Divine, prepare it appropriately, maintaing high level of personal hygiene (water actually cleanses your energy field, giving you clearer perception and increased sensitivity). Avoid synthetic perfumes and colognes (pure essential oils are okay).
*Consider bringing and offering to the altar as an expression of your pure intent and dedication to trasform and expand and honor the divine feminine ( eg.flowers or a special candle...)You may also bring a sacred object that will carry the energy of our work and serve as a reminder of your intention (if you have a phone session you may set up an altar in your space).
*Tantra is a path of honoring the goddess. If you are a man, come with a sense gratitude and surrender to goddess blessings. If you are a woman, feel the divine sisterhood connection between us. Trust that you will receive exactly what is needed for your growth at this moment.
*Please be respectful of my time and space. Plan your journey to arrive on time. If you arrive early, take a few minutes to just breathe and be. Kindly communicate any unexpected delays.
*Place your cash offering to the altar to be sanctified.
Money is an empty media. With the right attitude, it can serve as an expression of love.
Consider a little financial 'love gift' (a contribution towards a scholarship fund and temple maintenance).

Phone Session
Phone sessions give the advantage of experiencing a profound connection no matter where in the world you are. Any place can become 'sacred' the moment you put your intention to it or simply shift your consciousness. Do not let yourself be discouraged by the fact that we cannot meet in person: Our physical bodies will be the only (relatively small) parts that will not meet, but we are much, much bigger than that. In fact, the 'safety' of a phone session can unleash an openess, sincerity and deep intimacy that might be (for various reasons) inhibited by the physical proximity. This is a wonderful 'breakthrough' for those on the shy side.
* Find a quiet, if possible esthetically pleasing, private space where you will not be disturbed or distracted.
*Hands free phone device will offer you greater mobility and contact with your body
*Practicing some centering and deep slow breathing before calling will help us going deeper faster
Location
You have a choice of where to have your private session:
You can visit my beautiful Tantra temple in West Marin, (about 50 mins from 101 freeway exit). The Inverness area is a popular weekend & holiday getaway, much sought after for its breathtaking natural beauty. Your session will actually begin much earlier, for once you've passed the town of Fairfax mother nature will welcome you in Her luscious bossom, already facilitiating transformation! You may wish to allow extra time to enjoy some amazing hikes, visit the beaches (the water in Tomales Bay is warm in summer months!), watch the marshland life or savour a gourmet cup of coffee (chai) or healthy organic lunch in Point Reyes Station, a town with a character! Couples can kindle their Tantric passion in nearby Abalone Inn, just the perfect place for romance and spiritual magic...
If time is an issue I can see you in a shared sacred space in Fairfax (additional expenses may apply).
In some circumstances (such as working with couples and groups in exotic locations) I may travel to you. Travel expenses will apply.
To Make Things A Little Easier......
Perhaps you feel drawn to tantra, interested in having a session, yet feeling a little apprehensive, not sure what to expect...
Take a deep breath. When you breathe into your fear it transforms into excitement! Also, if you are in the area, consider attending any of my classes: An evening class is especially wonderful place to begin, yet virtually all my events (unless clearly stated) are beginner friendly. You will get the 'feel' of my work, hopefully have a transforming experience worth thousand words ...and we get to meet in person in a totally safe, informal setting . I will no longer be a mysterious stranger to you and our private work together - if you chose so - will be a joyous continuation and deepening of that special space.

I would love to make my offerings available to everyone with a sincere intent, including those in financial need. If you are already living in a flow of financial prosperity (or allowing it to increase by acting as if you do), consider contributing to the scholarship fund. Please be aware that this section is reserved truly only for those in extraordinary circumstances. Counsel with your higher self whether you fall in this category (remember that we create our own reality by thinking and acting certain way). The availability of this service is limited to availability of funds and there may be a waiting list of uncertain time to anticipate. It is my intention to serve anyone with sincere calling.
