Dear Love Messengers,
It's been so delightful to finally rejoice with some bright, warm sun rays after what seemed like long period of cold, gloomy weather. The cold, gray days revealed the smallness of my personality (that felt sad, upset, angry, desperate, unfairly treated by the weather-gods, frustrated that there was no one to blame, to complain to, to make a raging tantrum in order to stir a change), the humility of surrender and acceptance to what is (as in the end there was nothing else to do), and the greatness of my higher self watching the whole process with unwavering love and compassion.
Being the creators of our reality does not mean we will always have everything our way (wanna make a god/dess laugh? - Tell him/her your plans!), but rather how we
respond to what is: Any two people will interpret the same situation entirely differently! This only shows that the seeming 'reality' on the surface is highly moldable, illusory and always changing, while there's something truly real much much deeper underneath...
In my awareness there are only two things that are real (although they are not things at all!): The witness consciousness, the mighty, strong, steady presence overseeing the ever changing universe, holding space to whatever is unfolding, and Love, the embracing, nurturing force that feels all pain and sorrow and sometimes cries in compassion. In Tantra those are seen as the two universal principles, the divine masculine and divine feminine. They are two, and yet in life they are always together as one: It is consciousness that recognizes energy (shakti) as love, and it is love that gives consciousness (shiva) the power to shine. As they dance together, they create the palpable, visible world of forms (such as our body-minds). Their dance is joyous, their union blissful, ecstatic!
So why on earth don't we always feel joyous, blissful and ecstatic? Why don't we always blissfully bask in the waves of love? - It's because we don't always feel or are not aware of the presence of the other: That's why much of Tantra is about is  balancing energies. It is the perfect balance of masculine and feminine that gives rise to divine consciousness, unconditional bliss and love, be it so in a person, in a relationship or within a large 'body' such as our global family. It is the perfectly balanced union of shakti and shiva that transcends duality, erases separation. Until shakti and shiva dance equally as one, we cannot heal the planet, we cannot have world peace, we cannot all live in abundance, we cannot rise above separate sense of self. It really is so simple, yet made so complex by our politicians. And yet again, you don't need to feel helpless or get frustrated by what 'they' do, for the change begins right where you are, within you. You are the bringer of love, you are the beacon of light, for the whole universe is held within you and the world outside is just a reflection of what is contained within. All you need to do is to consciously allow the change. It is already happening, yet because of the resistance of the global ego, the ways of Divine Mother may often feel like a 'tough love' (those of you who are parents will appreciate this - remember the times when your well meaning 'No' causes your child's world momentarily collapse?).
We do not need to wait for another disaster to awaken - in Tantra we play with more gentle ways of balancing energies, and most of them feel delicious to practice. Your growing inner balance will begin to reflect in relationships and just keep going
further...And something else beautiful will be happening: As your energies come to
 balance, you will become more of a radiant expression of the cosmic principle your body personifies; divine masculine, the mighty Shiva (if you are a man) or divine feminine, the beautiful Shakti (if you are woman). Your inner presence of the opposite principle will allow the quality of your embodiment just blossom, your relationships once more become the joyous, heart-felt celebration of sacred union, based on mutual love and worship, not on a need, since you are already whole, overflowing with giving and receiving.

Say YES to both, day YES to summer having finally arrived, YES to light, love and warmth...Complete with delicious Divine Feast for all the senses and bathing in the warm whirling waters under the stars...Yum! and Yes! for Summer!
Do you yearn to move and live as divinity? The Form - Reality Practice is among my favorite ways of balancing energies and contacting the true essence within, something that carries me through the day, something that sustains my awareness of love and cosmic presence even though things are happening in the mind and body - and let's face it: As long as we are on earth, we will experience emotions as the expression of our energetic aliveness, our mind will come up with never ending stream of problems to be solved. It is knowing who we truly are, that bring raise to true happiness, to real freedom.
I feel excited to present teaching of The Form (Part 1 & 2) on the weekend of
 July 29-31, with a optional continuum to Part 3 until Monday, August 3. Each part brings in a progressively higher frequency and greater potential for divine realization/personal transformation. The other day, when I sat on a tree, grieving the sun's disappearance, the sun momentarily burst through the clouds, showering me with delicious warmth and light, as if to say 'don't despair, I am here always, even if you cannot see me'. That's it. The light of love within your heart always shines. May the light shine in months to follow, and may our cloudless clarity be reflected in clear, blue sky.....
