 Dear Light Beings,
Here we are, in a new year, with great new hopes, visions and intentions to be manifested. Some of you have dived into it head first and just keep going, and some of you are taking some time: The softness of light and resting nature may keep us in the dream realm, incubating our dreams, touching the depth of our being: What do I want? What is REAL to me? What is my inner being yearning for?
Beginning of a year, the beginning of Earth's journey around the Sun from it's distant point is a precious time for new exciting change in our life. We have celebrated the Sun's rebirth, feasted, gifted-received and partied (perhaps recalled some of the ups and downs of precious learn past year learning), and now it's time for stillness from which the new will arise: It feels like opening a fresh clean page in a book we write; the old story is there too in previous pages, but now we are writing a new chapter, and nothing can hold our imagination about what is going to happen! Remembering your power as a creator of your life, you can give your story a whole new twist with surprising openings, breakthroughs, and resolutions...it's all yours!
The realization that everything on the outside is a reflection of the inside is sometimes shocking (I am NOT that!), other times joyous (Aaah, yes...I AM that!). Our body-mind is a powerful transmitter of cosmic energy, sending our thoughts, beliefs and crystallized emotions into form as our malleable 'reality'. To make an external change, our inner blueprint of who we think we are are needs to shift first, then the vibration of what we transmit will change too.
A consistent tantric spiritual practice will help to do so by regularly tuning our body-mind instrument into a higher vibration, while releasing blocks of trapped emotional energy and cultivating shakti, the creative energy of manifestation. Some of the techniques will do so in small doses over a period of time, while other are powerful enough to zoom deep into an issue and move lot of energy, or access our subconscious and re-program what we are sending out. January 15: First moving our life force to clear through energetic blocks in Quantum Light Breath, then planting the seeds of manifestation in the fertile soil of mind-heart-sex entrainment of Tantra Nidra, finally nurturing our seeds into growth through heart cultivated sexual energy (the force of manifestation) generated in Vajrayogini Practice, accentuated by the energy of the group.

The most powerful form of sex magic is that which brings you in alignment with the truth of your being: It is from the place of truth which everything flows, where miracles and new openings manifest on daily basis. The Ganesh Yantra (above) portraits the power center (triangle) aligned with a blossoming heart chakra (a six pointed star, the union of masculine and feminine), symbolizing a loving surrender of one's personality to the soul's guidance. That is the promise of Tantric practice.
As an exercise I've written a long list of things that I'd like to manifest this year. Underneath all there is one single real wish: To live with full awareness as the magnificent being of love that I know I am. I wish the same for you.
