Dear Sweet Beings of Love,
I am back from Down Under (great gratitude to all who made this possible), feeling still a little bit upside down, being comforted to see the moon waxing and waning in the right direction and the brightly populated sky filled with familiar star constelations. And also having a very clear experience of the self that reaches beyond the boundaries of physical universe and the infinite love potential that I am. I am not talking about this little person who writes, she is only one of many expressions of the real self that is contained within everyone, that contains everyone, and everything. She is one of many manifestation of the Divine, that is expressed in a form to radiate love and celebrate the joy of being! All of you are sacred containers of that, having embodied to rejoice in our creative power. The wonder of discovery and cosmic expansion is happening here right through you!
What does this imply? There's no more need to play games of hide and seek to make yourself small and invisible, to buy into the old 'not good enough' song. It's time to let go of playing separate and acknowledge our oneness, the unifying stream of consciousness from which we all flow from into forms of different shapes and sizes, so unique on the outside, yet so much the same on the inside..It's time to come  undone, to put down the gates of our hearts to reveal the awesome magnificent beauty of our true being. It may feel little vulnerable at first, but as you continue to peel the remains off your old, cover-up identity, the vulnerability that once used to be there will be transformed into a joyful sense of great power of being in the 'body' of your real self. What a relief, what a freedom! It is so exhausting to carry around all that weight from the past, it takes so much energy to hold all that love that you are hidden within!
So how do you begin? With some simple steps, perhaps like this: Find something that awakens a sense of beauty and wonder: Stop and look (and smell!) a flower, see the new budding leaves emerging on the foliage, watch a humming bird  fluttering around or a toddler making her first steps, let the warm sun rays kiss your skin, enjoy a beautiful sunset, the 'smile' of a moon, star filled sky...and BREATHE! Let your chest be filled with prana (life force), allowing your body soften, feel the magic of being alive! Feel your heart beating in the natural pulse of the universe, each pulse sending more love and radiance into the world... See the external beauty as a reflection of the beauty within.
You may also contract and relax the root a few times, to feel the creative force that brought you here in this body, this colorful spinning universe so empty and yet so full! Best of all, SEE others. Gaze lovingly into each others eyes. See the god, see the goddess. See the tenderness of the pure being, the child like innocence, the unconditional love that wants to flow, that wants to give. Remember that. That is real. The more you bring that knowing into your daily life, the more beauty and wonder is being revealed to you. The more you consciously identify with love as your essence, the more you can express it in the world to lift the less fortunate. The more light you hold, the more you can ease suffering. For there is no force greater than love.
This month's events are here to help you to open those gates (or widen them), move you to enter the infinite space of the heart, beckoning you to discover the kingdom of Heaven within. The practices they involve are simple enough to grasp and yet enormously powerful if you just give your presence to them. They will lead you to perceive both the peaceful eternity of the inner space and the embodied divinity of those around you, a reflection of the self manifest. My private offerings will help you do so with a more focused, individual attention, that is sometimes needed.
On this coming Friday, April 9 we'll gather in the gentle, sexual energy-heart flowing Vajrayogini practice, to discover the inner wellspring of healing waters to flow healing to ourselves, one another, and to the planet. If you have a loved one in a need of healing, bring them along in your heart...
On Saturday, April 24 we will rejoice in Spring into Love Puja, revealing our souls in the dance of divine masculine and divine feminine, the sacred forces of all there is. It is the merging of god and goddess into one, that reveals the true kingdom of Heaven (just picture the six pointed star of the heart chakra!), the divine oneness, the bliss beyond, our true home..
