Dear Kindred Spirits,

It's April (complete with tricky April weather!) and Spring seems to be here in a full bloom despite the shockingly cold winds that shake us up from momentarily warm dreaminess, nevertheless the blossoming beauty of nature is oblivious to the weather play. The colors, the fragrances and the freshness of new life is definitely in the air! And so is love, in her many forms.

The global events over past couple months reminded me about the power of the Earth and our powerlessness in relation to things greater than us. All it takes is a little shake, a little splash and our magnificent human creation together with our lives is swept away within seconds. We really are not the rulers of the world as we may think: It's only a child's play until mama decides it's time to put the toys away and go home...

And yet, we are not the victims in the play. We've consciously entered the world of the matter, the game of duality in order to remember our essence of oneness lying behind all forms. We've agreed to experience pain, boundaries and limitations of our bodies to know the blissful boundlessness of our spirit, we've consented to witness external destruction to affirm the indestructibility of our being. When the structures are breaking it is a calling for us to break free from our self imposed limits, to step out of our well defined box and and embrace our infinite spaciousness. We are being constantly shaken loose until the love kept inside us flows boundless in all directions.

We need not to wait for another disaster to happen for us
to become free, to love more. We need not to physically die to enter heaven. You can live fully and freely despite limiting suggestions dictated by the mind (it does know any better), you can love in the midst of pain, you can surrender to love even at times when life does not go the way you'd anticipated, you can be open and vulnerable to feel your essence pulsing underneath in any situation, no matter how boring or dramatic.

I too was recently shaken by the unexpected, humbled to surrender when there was nothing to hold on, ejected beyond the mind, emotions and the personality to just be as pure love. It was beautiful. Everything dropped off and only love was real. Still, only love is real.

I invite you to explore what is real in the upcoming weekend of The Form - Reality Practice retreat, April 15-17. The Form is a practice still relatively new and unknown in the US, and yet so profound in terms of spiritual realization and transformation - come and take a leap, open your heart and surrender to the greater you, surrender to love!

A little vision into the future, the next Ipsalu Level 1 Weekend intensive is to happen on June 3-5  a time to step deeper into many aspect of Tantra. While there's plenty time to sign up I'd appreciate hearing from those who intend to attend.

Besides leading all the high vibrating group activities I love serving you in one-on-one private sessions where we can go deeper in focusing on particular aspect of your unique body-mind, giving you all the attention you duly deserve.
